Educators welcome guests, provide product education, and help individuals find gear that supports their fitness and wellbeing goals. This role includes engaging guests in conversation, understanding their needs, and sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and performance benefits. Educators support in-store merchandising, maintain a clean and organized environment, process transactions accurately, and contribute to community-building activities and events. The position also involves collaborating with team members, participating in ongoing training, and living lululemon’s values in every guest interaction.Qualifications Strong Education and Teaching skills, with the ability to share product and brand knowledge in an accessible, engaging way.Experience in Lesson Planning and Training to support in-store learning, onboarding, and continuous skill development.Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear speaking, and respectful interaction with guests and teammates.Customer service or retail experience, preferably in athletic, lifestyle, or apparel environments.Interest in and/or personal experience with yoga, running, training, or other athletic pursuits.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Collaborative mindset, reliability, and commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming store experience.
