About the role
Join a specialized agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism. Role: Behavior Technician responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implementing individualized treatment plans using ABA techniques.
- Providing therapy sessions to promote social, communication, and behavioral skill development.
- Building positive relationships with children and families to support growth and independence.
- Conducting assessments, collecting data, and tracking progress.
- Collaborating with BCBAs and team members to review and adapt treatment strategies.
- Communicating therapy goals and progress to caregivers.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and participating in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
