We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Title: Lead Guide? Actually they mention "Lead Guide" then later "Education Program Manager". The posting seems to be for Education Program Manager role. The title maybe "Education Program Manager". We'll not repeat title as heading. - Sections present: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (What You Will Be Doing, Education Program Manager Key Responsibilities) - Requirements (Basic Requirements, Nice-to-have Requirements) - Qualifications? Might be same as Requirements. - Skills? Not explicit separate list; but we can embed within responsibilities/requirements. - Benefits: mention "immediate access to benefits" and link; also "All roles are year-long positions." Might be considered benefits? Not explicit benefits like health, etc. There's a link to benefits. Could include a Benefits section with that info. - Pay: "The compensation level for this role is $200,000 USD/year. The payment period is weekly." - Schedule: "This is a full-time, W2 employee position". Also "All roles are year-long positions." Could be schedule: full-time, year-long. So we can include Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler. All these have concrete info. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have

    Education Program Manager

. Instead we can have headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for section headings. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we should make a
        . For requirements list, also
. For benefits maybe list. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like locations, relocation support, degree requirements, years experience, etc. We need to remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Hit the Apply button if you found this interesting..." that's application instruction; we should remove that. Also "We look forward to meeting you!" maybe okay but it's not boilerplate? Might be considered fluff but it's substantive? It's a closing statement; maybe we can keep as prose but it's not essential. The instruction says remove application instructions. So we should remove sentences that tell to apply. Also remove "Hit the Apply button..." and "We look forward to meeting you!" maybe considered application instruction? Safer to remove. Also remove "As Alpha continues to grow, we regularly match outstanding leaders with opportunities across our expanding network of campuses." That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered generic; but it's substantive about opportunities. Might keep. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract sections. **About the role**: The initial paragraph(s) before "What You Will Be Doing". Let's capture: "The best leaders don't measure success by what they accomplish themselves. They measure it by what the people around them achieve. If you've built high-performing teams, coached people to exceed expectations, and thrive in environments where excellence is the standard, this role offers the chance to apply those skills where they'll shape the next generation. At Alpha, students don't spend their days listening to lectures. They master academics through adaptive technology while Guides focus on coaching, motivation, accountability, and life skills. As a Lead Guide, you'll build the team that makes this model work—coaching Guides, developing leaders, and creating an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. This is not an instructional coaching role, and it is not classroom teaching. You won't spend your days reviewing lesson plans or observing lectures because there aren't any. Instead, you'll build a culture of excellence by coaching Guides, leading engaging life skills workshops, and motivating students to achieve ambitious goals. Your success will be measured by the quality of students' experiences, your team's performance, and your ability to maintain uncompromising standards while inspiring others to meet them. Alpha is building the world's best K-12 experience. That requires leaders who have already proven they can raise others' performance, make objective, data-driven decisions, and embrace bold new ideas rather than protecting outdated traditions. If that describes you, we'd love to meet you. This role is currently open at select Alpha campuses: Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Orange County, CA; and Santa Barbara, CA. If you're located in one of these markets—or excited to relocate—we'd love to hear from you. Exceptional candidates outside these locations are also encouraged to apply. As Alpha continues to grow, we regularly match outstanding leaders with opportunities across our expanding network of campuses." We need to remove application instruction sentences: "Exceptional candidates outside these locations are also encouraged to apply." maybe considered encouragement to apply; but it's not a direct instruction? Might be considered application encouragement. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove application instructions. That sentence is encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction. I'd remove it. Also "If you're located in one of these markets—or excited to relocate—we'd love to hear from you." That's also encouragement to apply/contact. Might be considered application instruction. Safer to remove those encouraging lines. However we need to preserve substantive info like locations. The location list is substantive; we can keep that but remove the encouragement phrasing. Thus we keep: "This role is currently open at select Alpha campuses: Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Orange County, CA; and Santa Barbara, CA." Keep that. Remove "If you're located in one of these markets—or excited to relocate—we'd love to hear from you." and "Exceptional candidates outside these locations are also encouraged to apply." and "As Alpha continues to grow, we regularly match outstanding leaders with opportunities across our expanding network of campuses." Actually that last sentence is substantive about opportunities; maybe keep. But it's somewhat generic; but it's info about matching leaders across campuses. Keep. Now "What You Will Be Doing" section: list of duties. We need to turn into
          • . The bullet points: - As an Education Program Manager, your day centers on coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards. - Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students. - Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs. - Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes. - Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Also there is "What You Won’t Be Doing" list; but that's also responsibilities (what not to do). Could include as responsibilities? Might be considered responsibilities but it's negative. Could include as part of responsibilities or separate? The instruction says use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we could combine both "What You Will Be Doing" and "What You Won’t Be Doing" into a responsibilities list? Might be weird. Better to have Responsibilities section with the positive duties; and maybe a separate section for "What you won't be doing" but that's not a standard heading. Could incorporate as part of responsibilities but phrased as "You will not..." but that's still a duty (to avoid). Might be okay to include as list items under Responsibilities with negative phrasing. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we should include the "What You Won’t Be Doing" points. Thus we can have Responsibilities section with two sub-lists? But we only allowed
              • for any list. Could have multiple
                  under same section. We'll do:

                  Responsibilities

As an Education Program Manager, your day centers on coaching Guides to consistently deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.

                  • Leading engaging life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12 students.
                  • Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals and maximize progress in their self-directed academic programs.
                  • Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
                  • Helping launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture centered on excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will not be doing the following:

                  • Teaching traditional academic classes or delivering subject-matter lectures.
                  • Writing lesson plans or designing curriculum.
                  • Lowering standards to make students feel successful instead of helping them achieve real mastery.
                  • Managing a team from behind a desk without regularly coaching students and Guides firsthand.
                  • Preserving outdated practices simply because "that's how we've always done it."
That preserves all. Now Requirements: Basic Requirements and Nice-to-have Requirements. We need to include both as lists under Requirements section maybe split into Required and Preferred. We can have:

                  Requirements

                  Basic Requirements

                  but we only allowed

for section headings; we could still use

                  but instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can just use

for main sections and within them use

                  or

. For Basic vs Nice-to-have we can use

headings like Basic Requirements but that's not a heading tag; maybe okay. Or we can just make two

                      with preceding

                      describing. We'll do:

                      Requirements

                      Basic Requirements:

                      • Willingness to work on-site at an Alpha campus (relocation support available): Boston, MA; Raleigh, NC; New York City, NY; Orange County, CA; Santa Barbara, CA
                      • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
                      • At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
                      • Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and making performance-based termination decisions.
                      • Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
                      • Experience working with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.
                      • Experience building or launching a new team, program, business, school, or initiative, with willingness to help open a new campus from zero.
                      • Willingness to work in a school model that rejects traditional lecture-based pedagogy.
