About the role

Collaborate with course directors and faculty to manage the day-to-day administrative activities of Integrated Science blocks. Duties include scheduling course events, monitoring enrollments, inputting grades, maintaining course materials, scheduling exams, and assisting in recruiting course facilitators.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule course events and monitor course enrollments
  • Input grades and maintain course materials within the learning management system
  • Schedule exams and proctor them
  • Assist in recruiting course facilitators and other duties as assigned
  • Support the Curriculum team to achieve program goals
  • Develop and maintain online courses in the Learning Management System (Brightspace)
  • Maintain course timelines, tracking deadlines and materials
  • Organize virtual and in-person course sessions, assessments, and special events
  • Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities independently
  • Coordinate and manage outreach activities with community organizations and affiliates
  • Partner with coordinator teams at Green Bay and Central Wisconsin campuses to develop quality improvement initiatives
  • Conduct or coordinate training for course participants
  • Recruit and train course faculty facilitators
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate course data to course directors and stakeholders
  • Manage databases to track and record activities related to the institution, program, and learners
  • Participate on committees relevant to the course
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies
  • Troubleshoot problems and advocate for medical students as needed
  • Collaborate with course directors to achieve course and institutional goals

Qualifications

  • Appropriate experience may substitute for education on an equivalent basis
  • Minimum required education: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Preferred experience: Program coordination, teaching, or educational management, instructional design

  • Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness
  • Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills
