Education Program Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the administration of an educational program to ensure program quality and effectiveness
- Process course/program registrations; identify and recommend efficient workflows
- Cook up budget preparation, monitor budgets, analyze data, and initiate payments
- Congratulations, Coordinate the recruitment and hiring of instructors/presenters
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies to promote programs; oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, advertising, etc.
- Design layout and format of project-related documents, web content, and materials
- Make recommendations on changes/additions to both policies and portfolio of offerings based on customer feedback, evaluations, historical data, and systems capabilities
- Recommend innovative plans for design or quality improvement of unit programs/procedures
- Aid in representing unit at internal and external meetings with stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum Education, Work Experience & Required Certifications:
- If filled as Education Program Coordinator - Senior Support, this position requires: Associate Degree 4+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Required Certifications: None
- If filled as Education Program Coordinator - Intermediate Support, this position requires: General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS) 2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
- Required Certifications: None

Pay & Benefits
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $40,608.00 - $64,668.00. Salary Structure - Information on Penn State's salary structure
