Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking a bright, motivated associate attorney to join its growing Education Law Practice Group.
About the role
The ideal candidate can demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, effective oral advocacy skills, excellent legal research, analytics, and writing abilities, and an established track record of hard work and initiative. Knowledge of, and interest in, the area of school law—particularly special education law—is preferred. Proficiency in LexisNexis is a plus.
Requirements
- Two (2) to five (5) years of experience
- Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar
- Strong marketing interests and skills
