About the role

The Education Director at Glickman Academy Day Treatment Program is responsible for overseeing the academic program, ensuring educational goals are met, and fostering a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and evaluation of the academic curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement educational strategies
• Ensure compliance with all educational standards and regulations
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and community partners
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Education or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in education management or teaching
• Experience working with adolescents and individuals with special needs
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
