Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, parent relations, and facilities
- Ensure delivery of curriculum-aligned programs that support development and kindergarten readiness, including summer programs
- Build a positive team culture through coaching, development, performance management, and issue resolution
- Lead team culture, training, and performance management
- Maintain full compliance with state and franchise regulations, ensuring accurate records and a safe environment
Qualifications
- Education (Required): Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- ECE Leadership Experience (Required): Minimum 4-8 years as a Director in a licensed Childcare Center with 100+ students and 35+ teachers
- Certification (Required): MA Director II Certification
- Physical Requirements (Required): Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to support child safety, including lifting infants and assisting in emergency situations
