Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of education programs, videos, and resources that enable practitioners and customers to get maximum value from our product ecosystem by applying adult learning principles and a strong focus on asynchronous technology-driven experiences.
  • Conduct ongoing portfolio audits to identify content gaps and inconsistencies across the education content library and drive the changes needed to resolve them.
  • Collaborate with others to establish and maintain content standards that apply across the full education portfolio, collaborating with colleagues to ensure coherence and quality at scale.
  • Manage multiple project workstreams across the content development life cycle, coordinating with Product, Brand, and Consumer Insights teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a strategic voice in product planning conversations, translating upcoming releases into education priorities and keeping the content portfolio in sync with the evolving platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in training, software training, and/or learning content development
  • Demonstrated experience developing engaging learning content for a SaaS product
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo) and experience working within or alongside a SaaS platform environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results on deadline
