Responsibilities
Support and encourage teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
- Select and hire teachers
- Create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Support the use of our exclusive, time-tested digital platform that includes everything a teacher needs to implement our curriculum

- Is dedicated to the growth and success of early childhood teachers
- Can inspire and encourage teachers to create safe, healthy environments
