Education Coach

About the role

Become a Primrose Education Coach dedicated to the growth and success of early childhood teachers. You’ll support teachers of all age groups, participate in hiring, collaborate on onboarding, and conduct classroom observations.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages
• Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers
• Collaborate with other leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers
• Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum
• Serve as a resource for teachers using our exclusive, time-tested digital platform
