Responsibilities
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teaching staff.
- Cook with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
- Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.
Qualifications
- Must meet requirements of local child care regulatory agency and Primrose School of Braselton.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
- At least two years' work experience in a licensed child care facility, kindergarten or early childhood program.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

- Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
