Responsibilities
In the role, you will support students and academic schools through every stage of the student journey, from registration and induction through to graduation. You will be a key point of contact, providing guidance, information, and administrative support while helping to ensure that student administration processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage a range of administrative activities
- Respond to student enquiries
- Maintain accurate records
- Support key academic processes
- Work closely with colleagues across the University to deliver an excellent student experience
Most roles are based on our Clifton or Temple Quarter campuses, close to Bristol city centre with excellent transport links.
Requirements
We are looking for people who can demonstrate that they:

- Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Previous experience within higher education is beneficial but not essential. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills, strong potential, and a commitment to delivering excellent student experience.
