About the role
This is a full-time, seasonal position as part of our Spring/Summer 2026 hiring. The role is expected to run from May 1, 2026, through October 4, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality hot and cold foods based on recipes developed by the Chef and Executive Chef
- Organize prep station and hot line to ensure smooth and efficient flow
- Aid as needed with production of items for banquets, weddings, and other special events
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation, prep areas, and food storage in keeping with state and federal regulations for food safety
- Maintain effective communication with employee dining room team
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
Requirements
- High volume/Batch cooking experience preferred
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team is key
- Willingness and ability to work solo or as part of a team
- Commitment to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
- Organization with a great eye for detail
- Kindness to others and always bringing your best
- Good communication, always suggesting ideas and solutions
Qualifications
The starting wage for this role is $20.00/hour
Skills
High volume/Batch cooking experience preferred
