Edison Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on impactful, technically challenging projects in the power transmission industry for four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including but not limited to Design, Analysis, Systems, Strategy, Project Engineering, and Quality.
Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering and Business leadership training attended alongside other GE Vernova program members from other functions and locations.
Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers.
Participate in development training with other GE Vernova Development program members from other functions and locations.
Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas.
Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduates with Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering.
- Students majoring in other STEM subjects such as Mathematics or Physics are also welcome to apply.
- Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficient in common engineering software tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Python, Creo, PSCAD, ANSYS, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or C/C++.
- GE Vernova will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Visa sponsorship or relocation support will not be available for this role.
