Skills and attributes for success
The Contractor shall provide the following services to include but not limited to:
- Discovery Program contractor staff management support
- Oversee all administrative logistical support
- Mentor and assist new team members
- Promptly and thoroughly address any performance or personnel issues
- Manage client expectations and deliverables
- Initiate process improvement initiatives
- Facilitate communication, planning, recommendations, and resource management
- Provide technical and eDiscovery subject matter expertise
- Participate in teleconferences or meetings
- Aid in managing the Legal Clerical mailbox and tasks
- Develop and track clerical and IT project schedules
- Assist with providing information sought by client
- Oversee and monitor system maintenances
- Review system and application logs
- Review and report technical assessments
- Oversee and monitor Veritas eDiscovery version 10 or industry recognized review platform processes
- Oversee and monitor the system administration of Microsoft Exchange
- Oversee and monitor the administration and support of Microsoft Windows server
- Oversee and monitor the performance of DNS, WINS, DHCP, and LDAP compliant directories
- Oversee and monitor Discovery’s IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and network architecture
- Comply with contract terms and conditions
- Work collaboratively with the COR to define and execute all reports and other deliverables
- Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas
- Formulate and enforce work standards
- Assign contractor schedules
- Present and communicate instructions, and in writing reports or documents
- Work collaboratively with the COR and OGC Government Leads
- Provide the Task Lead(s) and COR with cost and staffing estimates
- Plan, organize, direct and support all activities identified in the contract
- Monitor employee performance and productivity
- Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary
- Resolve problems, issues or conflicts, as required
- Prioritize tasks and assignments to Contractor work force
- Prepare, review and submit required reports and communicating policies, purpose and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Provide timekeeping and invoicing for labor hours, travel and ODCs, if any
- Maintain a qualified and certified, as appropriate, Contractor work force
- Develop and implement training programs and remedial actions as necessary
- Assist in all project management task performance
- Resolve problems, issues or conflicts, as required
- Prioritize tasks and assignments to Contractor work force based on Government’s direction and best practices
