About the role

TransPerfect Legal Solutions is seeking recent graduates with analytical mindsets and strong customer service skills to join our team as an eDiscovery Project Coordinator. This junior-level project management role is ideal for starting a career in Project Management, with potential to advance to a Project Manager position.

The eDiscovery Project Coordinator assists a team of Project Managers in overseeing litigation support projects, ensuring quality and timeliness. You will build client relationships, learn technical specifications, advise on best practices, and proactively solve project challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with client requests
• Execute litigation support projects and oversee their full life cycle according to client parameters
• Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope
• Work closely with production staff to allocate resources based on deadlines and client priorities
• Serve as a liaison between production staff and clients throughout the project life cycle
• Develop and apply strong analytical skills to research solutions and determine appropriate courses of action
• Ensure projects are completed to client and industry standards, meeting specifications and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university (Business Administration, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Access
• Availability to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Availability by phone or email when out of the office as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills
• High-level problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic is a plus
