A Day in the Life of a Lending Department Manager Under the direction of the Vice President of Lending, the Lending Manager is an experienced leader responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and performance of the lending team and lending operations. The Lending Manager ensures lending activities are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and organizational strategies, initiatives, and objectives. Will provide direct leadership to lending staff through exceptional employee relations, performance management, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing employee development. Qualification Requirements Educational/Training Requirement: Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience. Licensing NMLS License required. Notary license a plus. Experience 10+ years of experience with consumer lending/financial services, in a credit union environment. 5+ years of direct experience with personnel management. Extensive experience in using automated financial and lending tracking systems, Portico and Loancierge experience preferred. Work Schedule This position will be scheduled 35 to 40 hours per week with mandatory rotating Saturday hours. This is not and will not be a remote or hybrid position.
