Responsibilities

• Describe menu items to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions.
• Provide details on each item’s taste, origin, and preparation methods.
• Maintain food and menu knowledge for items offered in the lounge.
• Communicate guest orders, including special needs or requests, to the respective team members.
• Assist the Restaurant service team in providing excellent guest service.

This role has direct contact with guests, so good communication skills are a necessity. The position requires a flexible schedule, including morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food service or related work experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Good command of the English language.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
