The Position Prepares alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and all applicable federal laws and regulations. Provides superior guest service and maintains the Edge Bar Casino floor bar environment in a manner that will ensure repeat business. Greets guest and takes and fills orders directly from the guest at the bar.Provides Cocktail suggestions and offers suggestion of craft cocktailsPrepares alcoholic beverage orders for the Beverage Servers for guests on the gaming floor.Maintains the supplies and equipment needed for the daily operation of the bar. Replenishes cocktail napkins and arranges bottles and glasses attractively.Takes payment at the cash register and is responsible for proper cash handling, reconciliation, and accounting for the house bank.
