About the role
The Ed. Tech. III/BHP position is responsible for providing instructional support in a classroom setting. This includes planning and delivering lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with teachers and administrators.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Absorb and implement new educational technologies as needed.
- Assess student learning through various methods and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and report student progress to parents and administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- At least two years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Knowledge of state and national educational standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid teaching license in the relevant subject area.
- Experience with technology integration in the classroom.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
