About the role
The Ed. Tech. III/BHP position is responsible for providing technical support and training to students and staff in educational technology systems.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of educational technology systems.
- Providing technical assistance to students and staff.
- Conducting training sessions on educational technology tools.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting software applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in educational technology support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and educational technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of educational technology standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
