About the role

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage drivers during extended coverage shifts.
- Accurately enter data into company systems.
- Resolve problems independently or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to address issues.
- Provide clear work instructions to drivers.
- Utilize resources efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
