Economic Development Finance Attorney
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to support its Economic Development Finance team in the Lexington office. Multi-year experience working with public procurement and government contracts is preferred. Knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction, and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) is a plus. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or MBA) are welcomed. Excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are required. Strong project management skills and the ability to work with multiple attorneys on various assignments are essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the Economic Development Finance team in public procurement and government contracts
- Work with commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction, and P3 projects
- Contribute to tax, economic, and corporate analyses as relevant
- Collaborate with multiple attorneys on various assignments
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
