Economic Development Finance Attorney
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to support its Economic Development Finance team in Kentucky and Ohio offices. The ideal candidate will have multi-year experience with public procurement and government contracts, along with knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction, and Public-Private Partnerships (P3).
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of assignments involving public procurement and government contracts.
- Collaborate with multiple attorneys on projects related to commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction, and P3.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategies for clients in the banking, financial services, business, education, energy, health care, insurance, manufacturing, real estate, and public sector industries.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on matters related to tax, economics, or corporations, such as through an LLM or MBA.
- Manage projects effectively and maintain strong communication skills to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Qualifications
- Experience in public procurement and government contracts.
