Economic Development Finance Attorney
About the role
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is seeking an experienced attorney to support its Economic Development Finance team in Kentucky and Ohio offices. The ideal candidate will have multi-year experience working with public procurement and government contracts. A background in commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction, and Public-Private Partnerships (P3) is preferred. Candidates with training in tax, economics, or corporations (such as an LLM or MBA) are welcome. Strong academic credentials, high ethical standards, excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are required. Project management skills and the capacity to handle multiple attorneys on various assignments are essential.
Responsibilities
