eCommerce Specialist
Position Overview
The Digital DTC Operations Team is looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist with experience building, publishing, and maintaining landing pages using a content management system (CMS). Skilled in implementing content, images, forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other page elements while ensuring brand consistency and an optimal user experience. Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and product teams to launch campaigns, perform quality assurance (QA) testing across browsers and devices, troubleshoot CMS and styling issues, and implement A/B testing variations. Experienced in updating web content to meet evolving business needs and supporting a variety of e-commerce initiatives to enhance online performance and drive conversions.
Responsibilities
- Build and publish landing pages using the company's CMS
- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional updates across the e-commerce platform
- Implement content, images, forms, CTAs, and other page elements according to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign launches, promotions, and initiatives
- Perform User Acceptance testing across browsers and devices
- Update existing landing pages based on campaign or business requirements
- Troubleshoot layout, styling, and CMS-related issues
- Create and maintain an organized catalog of e-commerce products, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and while continuously seeking opportunities for optimization

Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing or business discipline
- 1+ years of digital operations experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail required
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Contentful, or similar
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pay
- Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $59,311.08 - $79,081.44
- Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
