ECommerce Sales Specialist

Position Overview

Tire Headquarters is a fast-growing online and in-person tires sales outlet. We are seeking an ECommerce Sales Specialist to boost our online sales presence. The ECommerce Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing category sales, analyzing market potential, executing ad campaigns, maintaining inventory levels, and optimizing keyword research strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage category sales. List, promote, and sell products/services online by showcasing product features to both existing and prospective customers.
• Analyze the category/market’s potential, track sales and status reports to determine the best marketing strategy.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Work closely with other team members to research and implement various best practice digital marketing strategies.
• Maintain inventory level and provide accurate forecasts to the operation team to place orders.
• Maintain positive reviews on product listings and build positive business relationships with customers.
• Evaluate, execute, and optimize keyword research strategies to identify the most effective key phrases to drive traffic.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration).
• 1+ years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role preferred.
• Knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising including marketing and analytics.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent written, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience selling on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Offer Up, or a related marketplace preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and well-organized.
