We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job summary is given. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Job Summary (maybe About the role). Major Functional Responsibilities (Responsibilities). Expected Experience & Qualifications (Qualifications/Requirements). Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Physical Demands, Work Environment, Travel, No Sponsorship, Hybrid Work schedule, Work Hours, Compensation Range. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (job summary). Responsibilities (major functional responsibilities). Requirements (maybe combine experience & qualifications). Qualifications maybe separate but we can combine. Skills: language, math, reasoning maybe. Benefits: none given. Pay: compensation range given. Schedule: hybrid work schedule and work hours. Travel: maybe part of schedule? Could be separate but we can include under Schedule or a separate Travel section if content present. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can include Travel if present. Travel: 10% ability to travel via car, plane, rail. That's specific. So we could have a Travel section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. We removed those. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

    . For sections we need

heading then content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Sales Manager". Good. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

    • Manage agency partners and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution, innovation, and accountability against KPIs
    • Utilize Walmart’s systems, especially Scintilla to analyze impact of media, sales trends, conversion, and ensure media is delivering to our KPI’s

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
    • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce digital media, and/or performance marketing, with a strong preference for brand management experience
    • Experience working with Walmart Connect and knowledge of how to use Scintilla is highly preferred
    • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment; strong ability to prioritize
    • Ability to tie retailer analytics to retailer media analytics especially Walmart Scintilla and how they can be used to link sales and media performance
    • Experience building capabilities, processes, and ways of working that scale across an organization
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and influential recommendations
    • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority across Sales, Brand, and external partners
    • Demonstrated success managing omnichannel retailer relationships
    • Experience managing and optimizing multi-million-dollar media budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth
    • Strong understanding of digital shelf fundamentals, including PDP optimization, SEO, content strategy, and conversion drivers
    • Deep expertise in advertising ecosystem (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and retail search optimization
    • Proven ability to connect media investment to business outcomes, including experience with attribution models, incrementality testing, and ROI analysis
    • Advanced analytical skills with experience leveraging tools such as retail analytics platforms, and media reporting dashboards
We could also add Skills section for language, math, reasoning. But we already have many qualifications; maybe we separate Skills: language, math, reasoning. However the instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine language, math, reasoning into Skills. Let's do that.

    Skills

    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Physical Demands and Work Environment maybe could be combined into Working Conditions? But we have no specific heading for that; we could include a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should stick to those. Physical Demands and Work Environment could be placed under Schedule? Not really. Could be omitted if not fitting allowed headings. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. However we could incorporate into Schedule? Not appropriate. Maybe we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not allowed. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning examples, not exclusive list? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could put Physical Demands and Work Environment under Skills? Not ideal. Could we create a section "Requirements" and include physical demands there? Requirements could include experience, qualifications, physical demands, work environment. That might be acceptable. Thus we can have:

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
    • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce digital media, and/or performance marketing, with a strong preference for brand management experience
    • Experience working with Walmart Connect and knowledge of how to use Scintilla is highly preferred

    • Reasoning ability: ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
    • Physical demands: regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; specific vision abilities required include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
    • Work environment: noise level usually moderate; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions
But that mixes many things. However we already have Qualifications section; we could move language, math, reasoning, physical demands, work environment into Qualifications or Requirements. To keep sections few, we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (which includes experience, education, skills, physical demands, work environment), Pay, Schedule (including hybrid work, work hours, travel). Benefits none. Thus:

    Responsibilities
