Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's e-commerce marketing strategy across Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
- Build and execute digital growth strategies focused on brand awareness, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Help develop and launch the company's proprietary branded product presence.
- Manage product listings, SEO, website content, product labeling, branding, and marketplace optimization.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across paid search, email marketing, social media, promotions, and retention channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns, website performance, customer experience, and revenue growth.
- Lead A/B testing, promotional strategies, customer engagement initiatives, and continuous digital optimization.
- Partner with manufacturing, fulfillment, account management, sales, developers, marketing administration, and ownership to align marketing strategy with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with developers and internal stakeholders regarding APIs, data layers, custom functionality, and modern web infrastructure.
- Help build the future marketing team, including potential input on hiring a graphic designer and other marketing support roles.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon, and/or other online marketplaces.
- Strong digital marketing experience, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, content management, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/SMS marketing platforms preferred.
- Understanding of inventory systems, logistics coordination, fulfillment processes, and product lifecycle management.
- Brand development or consumer product launch experience strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing, fulfillment, or product-based business experience preferred.
- Comfortable discussing website functionality, integrations, APIs, data layers, and digital commerce technology.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable marketing strategy.
- Degree preferred, but relevant experience is more important than formal education.
