eCommerce Hub Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the entire eCommerce Hub Team, including shippers, listers, processors, customer service representatives, and the assistant supervisor
- Drive productivity and maintain quality standards across all e-commerce operations
- Oversee the complete sales cycle: receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
- Train and develop team members to ensure operational excellence
- Manage online listings and optimize product presentation for maximum sales
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure exceptional customer service for online and local pickup customers

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
$27/Hour
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 40 Hours/week, occasional nights/weekends may be needed
