Key Responsibilities
- Own administration and optimization of the Epicor Eclipse environment, including cloud transition support
- Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards for sales, purchasing, and accounting visibility
- Lead day-to-day IT/ERP operations and coordinating support activities
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation to streamline workflows and reduce manual workarounds
- Oversee core IT functions including data management, security, and networking coordination
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT/ERP roles with Epicor Eclipse
- Strong SQL reporting and database management experience
- Background supporting infrastructure, security, and enterprise systems in a hands-on environment
- Cloud migration experience and networking support is a plus
