Key Responsibilities

• Own administration and optimization of the Epicor Eclipse environment, including cloud transition support
• Develop SQL-based reports and dashboards for sales, purchasing, and accounting visibility
• Lead day-to-day IT/ERP operations and coordinating support activities
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation to streamline workflows and reduce manual workarounds
• Oversee core IT functions including data management, security, and networking coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT/ERP roles with Epicor Eclipse
• Strong SQL reporting and database management experience
• Background supporting infrastructure, security, and enterprise systems in a hands-on environment
• Cloud migration experience and networking support is a plus
