EC ABA Tech - ConneXions

About the role

The EC ABA Tech position at ConneXions is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA plans based on assessments and data collection.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in a variety of settings.
• Monitor and document student progress using appropriate assessment tools.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
