Eating Disorder Dietitian (Full-Time)
About the role
The Dietitian position at Metrowest Nutrition and Therapy is central to our multi-disciplinary group practice. We are currently seeking a full-time registered dietitian (RD/LDN) with adolescent experience to provide nutrition counseling to clients in our Framingham office and via telehealth. Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year eating disorder experience with both adults and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Provide nutrition counseling to clients in our Framingham office and via telehealth
- Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and progress evaluations for clients
- Engage in professional development and stay updated on best practices in eating disorder nutrition
- Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions
- Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements
Requirements
- Registered dietitian (RD) or Licensed dietitian nutritionist (LDN)
- Minimum of one year experience working with eating disorders, including both adults and adolescents
- Experience with adolescent populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Passionate about social justice and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive, collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nutrition or related field
- Current license to practice as a dietitian in Massachusetts
- Experience with weight-inclusive, non-diet/intuitive eating approaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
