Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an exceptional Regional Property Manager to own the business plan execution for a portfolio of multifamily communities along central Florida's east coast and play a key role in strengthening profitability while continuing to exceed resident expectations. About The Role The Eastern Florida Regional Manager will manage operations for a portfolio of conventional, multi-family communities and will report directly to the Regional Director. Key responsibilities include strengthening employee development and portfolio profitability, and leading owner communications. This Role Is For YOU If You’ve successfully developed strong relationships with ownership groups and know how to balance expectations with operational realityYou’re comfortable having direct, data-driven conversations about funding, staffing, and asset performanceYou’ve improved performance in workforce or value-add communities, not just stabilized luxury assetsYou’re a hands-on leader who develops teams and holds them accountableYou’re excited by direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment where ideas are heard and implemented Job Description Serve as the primary leader for the Eastern Florida portfolio, ensuring execution of business plans and alignment with ownership objectivesUnderstand and effectively communicate the terms of the Property Management Agreement (PMA)Drive operational performance across ~1,500 units, with direct accountability for NOI growth, occupancy, and expense controlConfidently advocate for property needs (capex, staffing, operational changes) using data-driven recommendationsImplement effective cost control, revenue maximization, and delinquency managementLead budget creation, re-forecasting, and financial performance reviews, ensuring alignment with ownership expectationsEnsure all required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports are completed accurately and in a timely mannerTrain and motivate associates to achieve sales goalsMaintain thorough product knowledge on all properties and that of major competitionEnsure that the established policies and procedures are within the Company’s policiesUnderstanding of current legal responsibilities of the propertiesOversight of property risk management, safety standards and team member and resident liability, working closely with onsite teams to ensure timely preparation of rent ready units Requirements 5+ years of Property Management experience3+ years of management experience with ascending executive responsibilityLocal travel requiredAbility and willingness to travel to Orlando for corporate meetings, events, etc as needed (minimum 1x/mo)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills on phone, video call, email, and in-personStrong understanding of leasing performance, revenue management, and resident experienceStrong knowledge of Appfolio or similar property management softwareAbility to draw data results from systems-driven reporting and communicate its financial terms to stakeholdersExperience working with financials and budgetsDemonstrate strong client and team management skills Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s DegreeCPM, CCI, RPA, CAM, or similar industry accreditationFL Real Estate License is nice to have2-3 years of Regional Property Manager experience within multi-family portfolio
