About the role
You’ll work with children under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
- Lead therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and cognitive skills
- Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Coach families on how to continue therapy at home
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Michigan
- Experience working with children with autism
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field preferred
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques
- Knowledge of early intervention services and resources
