About the role
The role involves providing 0-3 early intervention services in alignment with OCDEL’s Family Guided Routines Based Intervention (FGRBI) coaching model, maintaining all documentation in accordance with state and county expectations.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect services to children and their families
- Implement FGRBI coaching model
- Implement evidence-based practices for Early Intervention Services
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing the child’s developmental levels/progress and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with parents/caregivers to identify activities to support language development
- Pull reports from database to manage work, and review reports
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology (MS or MA)
- Licensure in the state of Pennsylvania and ongoing completion of approved continuing education hours in the two (2) year mandatory renewal period to maintain licensure
- Experience working with infants and toddlers with disabilities, and their parents/caregivers required
