Responsibilities
- C Conduct multidisciplinary Early Intervention speech and language evaluations for children ages 0–3.
- A Assess speech, language, communication, oral-motor, and feeding skills as appropriate.
- C Complete clear, accurate, and timely evaluation reports in accordance with Early Intervention Program guidelines.
- C Collaborate with service coordinators and other professionals as needed.
- M Maintain all required documentation and comply with Department of Health regulations.
Qualifications
- E Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- E Current New York State Speech-Language Pathology license.
- E ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- E Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- E Early Intervention evaluation experience preferred.
- E Experience administering standardized preschool speech and language assessments, such as the PLS-5 (Preschool Language Scales, Fifth Edition) or other age-appropriate evaluation tools.
