About the role
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist, Early Intervention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Cookordination with families and treatment teams
- Document progress
- Evaluate children
- Create IFSP goals
- Adjust therapy approaches
- Recommend equipment
- Education caregivers to support developmental goals
- Mentor students
- Ensure quality of services delivered
Requirements
- State license and NYSED certification (TSHH or TSSLD)
- Familiarity in working with medically fragile children preferred
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state license and NYSED certification (TSHH or TSSLD)
- Experience with early intervention services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
