About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

  • Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $101,512 – $126,890; plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus.
