About the role

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Responsibilities

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and empower them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
  • Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
  • Supervise cases with full autonomy over scheduling, including when and where supervision occurs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Benefits

  • Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $101,512 - $126,890; plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus.
  • Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00/6:00 pm.
