As an Early Educator, you'll work alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to create a welcoming preschool classroom where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn every day. Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am–5:30pm

What You'll Do

• Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
• Support the planning and implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Encourage each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Assist with classroom management using positive guidance techniques that celebrate each child's individuality
• Maintain an organized, stimulating, and safe learning environment
• Complete classroom documentation and recordkeeping
• Communicate respectfully and professionally with parents and caregivers
• Assume classroom leadership when the Lead Teacher is unavailable
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
• Support center-wide operations through teamwork and shared responsibilities
