Early Education Teachers (Infant/Toddler/Preschool/PreK)

About the role

Seeds of Excellence Christian Academy in Austell, GA is seeking a qualified Early Education Teachers (Infant/Toddler/Preschool/PreK) to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2), Preschool (3–5) in a faith-based program environment. This position requires a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with general classroom management and supervision
• Absorb and implement activities for children that emphasize physical, social, and emotional growth; language and intellectual development; creativity, and awareness of the total environment
• Personal care, hygiene, and positive reinforcement of children
• Ability to comfortably rotate between multiple age groups throughout the day
• Mentally and physically fit to perform the required duties
• Other duties as assigned by Admin Team and Lead Teachers

Requirements

• CDA, ECE Diploma, Para-professional Certificate or an Associate's degree or higher in ECE or a related field
• PDS level of 4 or above
• Knowledge of licensing rules and care procedures as guided by Bright from the Start Rules and Regulations
• Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
• Passionate about engaging and interacting with early learners
• Christian caregiver and educator who loves God and His people

$15 – $17/Hr
