About the role
Wilcox Academy of Early Learning is seeking qualified teachers and coaches to join its professional team. The academy offers enriched early childhood education and promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 8 weeks to 5 years.
- Implement age-appropriate programming through play and critical approaches.
- Develop partnerships with parents and guardians to stay connected to classroom activities.
- Engage in continuous professional development and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements
- CDA or higher degree required for Preschool Teachers.
- Full-time positions available for Infant and Toddler Teachers.
- Strong commitment to the academy's mission and philosophy.
- Ability to work flexible hours between 7 am and 5:30 pm.
