Early Childhood Development Coach

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive and creative approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Be open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey
• Be open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Earn a competitive salary ranging from $15 to $30 per hour

Requirements

• Ability to work with kids ranging from 18 months to 12 years old independently
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with children
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Pass a background check
• Have current CPR and first aid certifications or be willing to get certified

Schedule

New coaches will start from 2-10 hours a week. Our coaches can work up to 25 classes a week.

Pay

Earn above-average pay ranging from $15 per hour up to $30 per hour.
