Early Childhood Development Coach

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and fun-loving Early Childhood Development Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children and genuinely enjoys children.

Responsibilities

• Can work up to 20 sessions a week
• Earns $20 - $35 per session after completing on-field training
• Use individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Use a non-competitive and creative approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Be open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey
• Be open to feedback and strive to be better by attending regular training and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
• Embody an active lifestyle
• Know how to have fun

Requirements

• Schedule: Available weekday mornings (9am-11:30am) and/or afternoons (2pm -4:30pm) while being open to Saturday as needed for summer camps, soccer club partnerships, etc.
• Location: Classes are held across schools, daycares, pre-schools, parks, and recreational centers across Williamson and Travis County. May require travel up to an hour to get to a class location with additional compensation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, nanny, youth leader, or camp leader), genuinely enjoys children, and has an interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development.
