Your Role
Be a Play Leader: Work one-on-one with children in their homes. You won’t simply be "monitoring"—you’ll be actively engaging, playing, and moving with each child to help them achieve their goals.
Teach Through Action: Use creative, high-energy methods to teach communication, social skills, and daily living abilities.
Data & Collaboration: Record progress and work closely with supervising BCBAs to ensure each child thrives.
Support Families: Build trust with parents through consistent, positive communication and in-home support.
Work Environment
This role is entirely in the client's home. You should be comfortable working in client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned territory.
What You Bring
- The "Spark": You are outgoing, energetic, and able to maintain high energy to keep children engaged and learning.
- Experience: At least one year of experience working with children (such as daycare, camp counseling, teaching, coaching, etc.) is required.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to client homes in the Marion area is a must.
- Commitment to Growth: You must pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire (we’ll help with studying and cover the cost!).
Job Details
- Part-time: 20 hours/week
- Pay: $17–$22 per hour
