Schedule
Monday–Friday; full‑time starts at 8 am; part‑time shifts are 12 pm–4 pm (approximately 20 hours/week).
Check for any duplicated content: We included "Part-time: 20 hours/week" in schedule. Good. We omitted "Work Environment: This role operates exclusively in the client's home environment. You must feel comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Shelby territory." That's a requirement maybe. Could add under Requirements or as a separate section "Work Environment". But we have not included it. Should we include? It's substantive. Could add as a bullet under Requirements: "Comfortable working inside client homes and traveling within the Shelby territory." Let's add. Add to Requirements list. Also we omitted "Type: Part-time and Full-time options available". That's covered in schedule. We also omitted "Location: In-person - Shelby, OH". Could be included as a requirement or about the role. Could add a sentence in About the role: "This is an in‑person position based in Shelby, OH." Let's incorporate. Update About the role paragraph to include location. Let's rewrite About the role: "SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This is an in‑person position based in Shelby, OH. We’re a mission-driven, clinician-led company focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes—not investor pressure. If you are a 'kid at heart' who loves to turn learning into a game and celebrate every small victory with genuine enthusiasm, you’ll fit right in. Enjoy free advanced training, ongoing BCBA support, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact." Now we have all. Check for any boilerplate removed: We removed "Apply today and spark joy in a child’s life." and "To protect our clients and their families, this position requires a background check." Actually we kept background check as requirement. Good. We removed the tag #FinniHealth2026. We removed "Join a company that values people over profit. SparkJoy ABA is changing lives—one session at a time." That's somewhat fluff but could be considered part of About the role. Might keep as part of About the role? It's a bit generic but still substantive? It's a statement about values. Could include but maybe it's filler. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." That line is not boilerplate; it's a value statement. Could keep. But we already have a mission-driven statement. Might be redundant. Safer to keep? It's not duplicated. I'd keep it as part of About the role maybe after mission-driven sentence. But we already have mission-driven. Could add: "Join a company that values people over profit. SparkJoy ABA is changing lives—one session at a time." That adds little new. Might be considered filler but not explicitly prohibited. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding extra sentence may be okay. I'll incorporate it after mission-driven sentence. Thus About the role paragraph: "SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This is an in‑person position based in Shelby, OH. We’re a mission-driven, clinician-led company focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes—not investor pressure.
