About the role

The role is responsible for enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment across all additional office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention in Houston office location.
  • Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize team-building activities and social events to strengthen relationships among employees.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure policies support a healthy work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with employee engagement tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to employee relations.
