About the role
The role is responsible for enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment across all additional office locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention in Houston office location.
- Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities and social events to strengthen relationships among employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure policies support a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with employee engagement tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to employee relations.
