About the role

Join BCLP as an Early Careers Coordinator and play a key role in developing the firm's future legal talent. Based in St. Louis, this position supports law student recruiting, summer associate programs, and incoming associate onboarding across multiple offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities
• Coordinate interviews and events
• Maintain candidate data
• Support campus recruiting initiatives
• Help deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and summer associates throughout the recruiting lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least two years of professional experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Legal recruiting experience preferred
